Hey, I promised I would be doing Kira too, now didn't I?
Well this one was created right around Midnight, I think, right during a Season of Criminal Minds.
Now, as a Base my sister pointed out Izuru is a lot like a dog, being loyal and such. So I picked a Borzoi as first image. Then I played around with Chains and stuff ('Wabisuke', Kira dislikes fighting) and Voilá. There ya go.
As for motion, he rarely lifts his head above his shoulders and only moves slowly. But pray to god when somebody releases him from his chains.
